STEP 1: You need Medicare Card to input your data or apply for it by going to TAB: Medicare

YOU HAVE TO SIGN SCOPE OF APPOINTMENT (SOA) - REQUIRED BEFORE WE CAN TALK TO ENROLL
Once you Sign & Submit - We will get your information on the SOA for me to sign that you ready to talk
STEP 3 : Once you have submitted the Scope of Appointment (SOA)
You need to read the plan PDF below to decide what Medicare plan you want
You need to Whatsapp/TXT 832-316-2176 with your Full Name -
the plan you want eg: #7- Devoted or #10 HealthSpring or help to choose
IF YOU ARE NOT IN FORT BEND/HARRIS COUNTY than I will call you with list of plans in your county
I will call to discuss/meet in person to discuss what plan is good for you to help you enroll
Once you decide the plan, you will get TXT/email with SIX DIGIT code with the plan to enroll
Input the SIX digit code, sign your name to submit
The enrollment will go through Medicare for few days than you get email your application is approved
Than you will get the Medicare Advantage card and plan documents in mail in two weeks
You are good until next October
